The receptionist , Mathew, is absolutely th best worker there. He always has a positive attitude and will make sure you get whatever you need. He’s always nice & you can tell he actually care about his job and about every person who walks through the door .
My wife and I stayed the weekend of November 6th-9th, for Rust College Founder's Day. The room were very neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, only thing missing were grits. If in the area again, we will stay at this hotel.
We’ve stayed twice now at Microtel Olive Branch MS this year while passing thru Memphis and we’ll probably make this same stop next time we’re in the area. JRs Bar & Grill 2 blocks away was great for local crowd and food.
My stay was awesome. Matthew was the best, very attentive to guests and very helpful and informative on rules and regulations. Matthew professional support was and will be a great help to all truck drivers and none truckers that stay at Microtel. The room was very nice and clean. I love the ceiling. The breakfast was good. We will be staying here in the future. Simi Truck parking on the street. I would give 20 stars for service. Thank you Matthew.
Microtel has always been the best motel to stay at for me. This time was no different. Matthew was very pleasant to check me in. When I thought that I may need extra time for check out, he was very kind in allowing me to have that. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and such a great asset for the company! Will be returning and recommending this place for sure!
Hello, I would like to take a moment to share my feedback regarding my stay. The hotel room is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which has made my stay pleasant. The staff have been extremely welcoming and hospitable, and I would especially like to thank the front desk staff member MAHNEW for their professionalism, kindness, and helpful assistance.
My husband and I stayed here for a night while visiting family, and we were really impressed! The hotel feels new, it’s cozy and not too big, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’m not sure if there’s a pool, but they do have a nice fitness room. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was a small spot of damage on the bathroom ceiling, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. The bed was so comfy, and the sheets and towels were fresh and clean. The price was great, and the breakfast was a nice bonus definitely more than we expected! We’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time we’re in town. Great value, friendly service, and a relaxing stay!
This was easily my most enjoyable stay at a hotel. Sam, the incredible hostess, took great care of my and my family after booking.com screwed up my reservation. She was very friendly and patient. Our room and bathroom were spotless, spacious, and the entire floor was peaceful for a weekend evening. I would stay here in a heartbeat! I'm thoroughly pleased with my stay and my wife expressed the same.
